1. Do I need to be home during the service?

- Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source, you don’t have to be present.

 

2. How long does a typical job take?

- It depends on the size and condition of the area, but most residential jobs take anywhere from 1 to 3 hours.

3. What surfaces can you safely clean?

- We clean a wide range of surfaces including driveways, sidewalks, patios, decks, fences, siding, roofs, and more. We always choose the safest and most effective method for each material.

 

4. How are jobs priced?

-Every job is a little different, and pricing is based on a few key factors:

• Size of the area being cleaned

• Type of surface (e.g., concrete, wood, pavers)

• Level of buildup (dirt, mold, grease, stains)

• Accessibility of the work area

• Special treatments (like oil stain removal, rust treatment, or soft washing)
